Legal Defense for Those Arrested While Observing or Protesting ICE in Minnesota
We Protect Us.
Eyes on ICE Legal Defense is an all-volunteer, Minnesota-based fund focused on providing support for the legal services needed to protect constitutional observers and public demonstrators who were arrested or charged for their efforts to observe or demonstrate against the operations of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), or any federal agency, or state, county, or local branch of law enforcement collaborating on ICE / CBP enforcement.
Since the announcement of the Department of Homeland Security’s Operation Metro Surge on December 4, 2025, over 400 people have been arrested for their efforts to observe or demonstrate against ICE / CBP in Minnesota.
Eyes on ICE Legal Defense was founded in the wake of Operation Metro Surge and Operation PARRIS with a mission to defend and advocate for the expansion of human, constitutional, and civil rights secured by law.
